SHIPPING POLICY

At North East Custom Apparel, we take pride in our efficiency at fulfilling your order and getting it to you. We are committed to delivering your order in a timely manner, so you can showcase your style with ease. Our standard amount of time to complete an order, excluding special and bulk orders, is 7 business days. This time could change depending on availability of the shirt size or color for your order.
Please be aware that the 3-5 day shipping window is AFTER the order is complete.

If you are in the local Topeka Area, please make sure to check the local pickup option for no shipping charges. $6.00 Standard shipping 3-5 business days after product order is complete.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return. Refunds/exchanges must be within 30 days of purchase.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

Custom prints/spirit wear sales are final and cannot be returned, however, if it is due to a printing or garment defect issue, those will be addressed on a case by case basis. We want to make it right and are happy to create a reprint of those individual items if necessary.
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

Eligible refunds will be given within 3 business days

Reprints will be done within 7 business days.
